Welcome to Bumble, Wend & Fleece. I'm Anita E. Stephens, a fibre artist creating original felt artwork inspired by nature. From expressive wildlife portraits to atmospheric landscapes, each piece is handcrafted using layers of natural wool fibres to capture colour, texture and movement. I hope my work captures and brings a little of the natural world into your home.
Every piece begins with a moment in nature—a bird in flight, the low sunlight catching crops under a stormy sky or the character in an animal's expression, I build each artwork by hand to capture atmosphere, colour, movement and quiet beauty.
